India is not one sound. It’s a different language, a different rhythm, a different craft in every single state — and most of it never makes it past its own border. DHUN exists to change that. It’s an AI series about India’s emerging musicians — one episode, one state, one artist at a time. Each one makes music in their mother tongue, wears the craft their region is known for, and refuses to flatten any of it to “scale.” Because the truest thing you make is the thing you make in your first language. Not a national sound. Not a global one. A local one — amplified. We begin in Bengal — a Baul artist turning centuries-old folk into something electric. Presented by First Language. Everyone has a first language. This is what we make in ours.
