Sometimes a milestone looks like just another workday. EiPi Media led this film end-to-end for AU Small Finance Bank, from insight and scripting to direction, edit, and sound design. This down-edit is one of four adaptations crafted from the master film, each tailored to a distinct life stage while staying rooted in the same belief. The professional at the centre of this film represents a growing cohort of women who lead teams, drive outcomes, and plan their futures with intent. She moves fast, but never without direction. Her ambition is measured. Her decisions are considered. This cut was designed to speak directly to salaried women navigating career milestones, promotions, leadership moments, and long-term financial goals. M Circle is built for every version of her. This one is about momentum.
